  • Vice President for Individual Giving

    The Vice President for Individual Giving is a new position, reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, and synthesizing the multiple strong efforts of both the individual giving and development operations teams into a powerful engine for fund development. Successful candidates will have proven experience in serving as a player/coach within a team of fundraisers and supporting the CAO and the CEO in engaging high net worth individuals for an impactful future.

  • Operations Associate

    The Operations Associate will join the People and Operations team to help ensure our staff can do their best work both in the office and remote, at a Best Places to Work company. The Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring that the Project Bread office runs smoothly and efficiently while also providing administrative support to the People & Operations leadership team. The ideal candidate for this role thrives on supporting others, excels in problem-solving, and is dedicated to cultivating an inclusive, collaborative, efficient, mission-focused workplace.

  • Manager of Corporate Engagement

    The Corporate Engagement Manager will work closely with the Director of Foundation Relations to plan and execute a comprehensive corporate engagement strategy to maximize corporate partnerships in support of Project Bread’s radical approach to ending hunger and engagement for the annual Walk for Hunger. This role will be responsible for identifying and conducting outreach to new corporate partners, stewarding existing relationships, and developing a tracking system for evaluating corporate stewardship and engagement opportunities. They will also be the champion for corporate teams participating in the Walk for Hunger, providing front line support to foster relationships and fundraise.

  • Manager, Individual Giving

    Are you an ambitious fundraiser looking to take the next step in your career that wants to use their powers for good? Project Bread is looking for a driven, energetic development professional who can develop and execute campaigns to cultivate relationships with donors in our mid-low level giving bands. As the Manager of Individual Giving, you will join a dynamic fundraising team that is responsible for raising a total of $9 million annually, with $5.75 million coming from individual donors and the Walk for Hunger. This role works with the Assistant Director of Individual Giving to attract, cultivate, and sustain significant revenue for the organization’s annual fund and peer-to-peer fundraising. This role will be most rewarding for those who can be both self-directed and collaborative, who enjoy managing multiple projects at once, and those who are passionate about our mission to end hunger in Massachusetts!
