For School Nutrition Professionals
Gluten-free cooking does not have to be challenging! Come join Project Bread Chef Educators Vanessa and Ryan as they review some of their favorite gluten-free lunchtime recipes.
In this foundational class on the basics of gluten-free cooking, you will learn the steps and key concepts behind making rich and flavorful gluten free meals. This class will feature recipes with Asian and Latin-American flavors and multiple plating options from rice bowls to tacos. We'll also be joined by Project Bread's registered dieticians who will help demystify some of the key concepts of gluten-free diets.
